● Body Calibration: Place your lead wrist with sensor over your sternum as in the picture below, and then perform the normal body calibration keeping your arm across your sternum.
● User Pose calibration: Stand in attention pose on your target line as usual, but make sure your lead arm with your sensor is straight up and down and your palm facing your thigh per the picture below.
● You are all set, just follow the rest of the on screen instructions and start swinging / playing!
Other tips
● Positions Tab: When you take swings with the wrist sensor, you will see a Positions Tab next to the default Capture tab.
○ The Positions tab will show if you are in or out of position for the Torso and Pelvis through each position, P0 to P6.
○ You can see each position by using the left and right blue arrows and see exactly how you are out of position.
○ For example, in the screen shot below you can see the Torso is slightly under rotated and the Pelvis is very under rotated at impact, P4.
● On Course Play: you can use the wrist sensor for On-Course play and analysis.
○ Simply start the analysis with the wrist sensor option and play your round.
○ Make sure that the iPhone or iPad that is running the 4D Motion App is near you when you make your swings. The system will mark the location of your iPhone/iPad when your swing is detected as the location of that swing.
● Wrist Sensor with iPad: unlike the Apple Watch, the wrist sensor can connect to your iPad. Now you can capture the lead arm, using the wrist sensor with your iPad and are no longer limited to iPhone only.
